We understand that all pregnancies are unique and required different levels of care. In the eyes of Drs. Gonzalez & Vazquez, YOUR pregnancy is special and they are committed to giving you their utmost attention. Should you feel at any time that either the staff or Drs. Gonzalez & Vazquez are not meeting your needs, please bring it to our attention so that the problem can be corrected.

Please understand that Drs. Gonzalez & Vazquez have families that need the same special attention. Because of their devotion to their families, they are in weekend call group with local OB physicians that they have specifically selected. They would trust these physicians with their family members alike. In the unlikely event that you would have an unfavorable encounter with one of these physicians, Drs. Gonzalez & Vazquez would like to know.

We also have 24/7 answering service that is liked with Drs. Gonzalez & Vazquez or the doctor on call. Because of this service, they can be reached when you feel necessary. Please call for emergencies ONLY after hours. All other concerns could be handled the following office day.
